SHIPPING

Gabriel's Promiseâ„¢  generally ships via USPS, UPS and FedEx within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories.  International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx and incur additional shipping charges.  These charges will be detailed in collecting payment in the shopping cart.

 

All Gabriel's Promiseâ„¢  products are legal within the United States and territories. Each country has rules, regulations and taxes related to the import of products into that country. It shall be the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that products ordered for international delivery meet the requirements for import into their country, as well as any import taxes and duties that may be incurred.   Gabriel's Promiseâ„¢  assumes NO LIABILITY for any products ordered which are held in the customs department for any reason.

 

We will post information to the products page regarding issues pertaining to the importation Gabriel's Promiseâ„¢  products, if issues arise.

 

How long will it take me to receive my order?

Customers from the United States and its territories who order ground delivery can expect to receive their order within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.  US customers may also select other shipping arrangements in the shopping cart for overnight or 2-day delivery as desired.

 

International orders are shipped by DHL or FEDEX and are delivered within fourteen (14) business days, but depending on variables outside our control, some orders may take slightly longer.  Customers will be provided with tracking numbers to check the status of the shipments.

 

Outbound Shipment

Orders received after 11:00 am EST in the US will be shipped within two business days.  Shipments are sent Monday through Friday, except on US holidays.

Damage Claims

Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at the time of delivery.  Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 24 hours.  If product is damaged during shipment, a replacement shipment will be sent.  If you need to make a claim for damaged freight, please send details and a photograph to info@gabrielspromise.co

 

Auto-Ship

Many of our customers have orders on monthly auto-ship. Select this convenient option so you never run out. Auto-ship orders receive a discount, depending on the product.  If you are interested in setting up auto-ship, please call customer service at 888-250-3933.  You may cancel your auto-ship at anytime by calling our customer service agents.  You must call at least 7 business days before your product ships to cancel without any fees being charged.
